In memory of my mom, Suzanne, who passed away on June 22^nd from ALS at only 65 years old, I am fundraising to find a cure for ALS.

What is ALS?

ALS is the abbreviation for 'Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.' ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a progressive neuromuscular disease which attacks the motor neurons eventually making even the simplest movements of walking, speaking and gesturing impossible. Ultimately the body becomes paralyzed, yet through it all, the mind remains completely unaffected. Sadly, this disease is more pervasive than most people know, every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS.

My family and I formed a team, Suzanne's Guardian Angels, and participated twice so far in the annual ≥Walk to DπFeet ALS≤ run by the ALS Association in Manchester, NH. So many people have told me stories of ALS affecting their families I know the need is there to raise even more. Please show support and aid the work of the ALS association.
